DIY A/C Delete Heater Box
I thought that I'd post this here in case any one is interested in this mod. For me it was a free mod as I had the material laying around. If you have to come up with the materials it's still a cheap mod. It to me was easier than hunting and buying an A/C delete heater box.

Sorry no instructions or before photos. We didn't get the dig cam untill about 6 weeks after this was done but I will see what I can come up with since there's some interest.
And yes the heater still works. After taking out the A/C coil and screen filter that was there the thing really moves some air now. Unlike the factory A/C delete heater box this still uses the larger fan.

I dug out an old a/c box and here's roughly what I cut off.

Here's the aluminum angles that I made. You just add holes where you want them.
I used 10/32 fastners and black RTV. The only other thing that I used was some 1/4" thick black plastic.
