TV cable bracket
So my new ride has a weiand street warrior intake. It also has a Edelbrock bracket. The throttle cable binds, and just broke. And the trans doesn't kick down when going to pass. I adjusted the TV cable a bit as they had it set up with the adjustment pulled all the way back towards the firewall, and the trans was shifting early, like I'd be in 4th at part throttle at 30mph. Now with adjustment it shifts to second at 20mph and has a firm shift, but no passing kickdown. Any ideas on a correct bracket for the tbi set up?

Re: TV cable bracket
Throttle cables generally bind and break due to age/mileage wear. The inner cable gets frayed, digs into the outer sheath, becomes hard to pull and often won't retract properly. Eventually the cable is so weak that the thing comes apart.
That might be the cause of both issues--but it looks to me like that bracket is too low compared to the height of the throttle body. Perhaps the existing throttle/cruise/TV cable bracket can be lifted up an inch or two on a secondary fabricated bracket to restore proper geometry.
