got the combination set up. now need the cam

1. 355 flat top pistons with valve reliefs
2. summit racing 162108 heads. 62 cc 2.02i 1.60 ex 170cc-in 69cc ex
3. edelbrock 3704 intake gasket matched and bores ported
4. cfm tech ported tbi 620 cfm.
5. hooker shorties and ypipe. high flow cat and magnaflow catback
6. 3.23 posi diff
7. built tranny with 1750 converter--stock.

ROLLER CAMS please. was looking at this one. but I want all opinions. idle to 5500 is my rpm range.

i suspect the 270HR won't peak much before 5500, even though your intake runners seem about right (small enough) for the power band. what's your CR on this? 5500 is anticipated redline/shifting or..?
build plan dont sound too bad otherwise!

added: what are you doing for tuning?
