AE vs PE

Could someone enlighten me on these 2 settings? Differences etc....

AE is used to add fuel at the moment the throttle is pressed. For example, you are cruising and maintaining a constant speed and then suddenly push down harder on the gas. This is just a very short burst of fuel kind of like a pump shot in a carb.

PE is used to add fuel and keep the motor at some constant AFR (typically something like 12.5:1). Usually if you are in PE mode, the throttle is fully open or very close to it. In PE mode the motor runs in open loop, so there are no adjustments being made based on O2.
