This has been covered many times i was wanting to do this swap too but i decided its to expensive so im staying with tbi. But heres the list of parts that you will need you will
also need more but this is what i remember.
Complete tpi
91-92 tpi wiring harness and ecm
tpi fuel pump
and somehing with the vss cant really remeber what it was.

This has been covered extensively on the boards. The gain with a stock RS will be minimal as at this point, the engine and exhaust are what is slowing the car down. Better investment would be to upgrade to a full 3" exhaust with headers. That will go a long way to freeing up some power. GM has a penchant for using the some of the worst exhaust systems, even on their better engines.
