A few quick questions
I am thinking about buying the Holley tbi to sit atop my 350. I am buying it used from another person on this board. He says he has the tbi, intake with the 2 inch bores and everything else to make it work right(different egr, throttle linkage) However, I believe it has the older style injectors on it that I don't want. Plus I have already bought brand new gm #65 injectors for my car. My question is can I use my gm injector pos on the holley so I dont have to buy new injectors? Has anybody ever done this before and if so do they have any pics of the modifications to make this work, or perhaps a tech article. Any input is appreciated. Also, how difficult of a swap is it to do?
Oh, one more question a little off topic. My friend has a 92 Rs with the L03 and my car is a 91 Rs formerly a L03. However, on his tach it says the car starts to yellowline at 5500rpms and on mine it says it starts to yellowline at 4500rpms. If they are identical engines then why would this be different? He does have 3.42 gears that came stock though, I wonder if this could make a difference? Mine are 2.73.

If I'm not mistaking the injector pods are interchangeable. Someone else may have a better answer though. As far as the tach ? they should be the same unless he has the B4C option with the 305tpi setup.

if you use the stock GM injector pod you will have to tap a hole for the air cleaner stud and i heard that if you are using an injector spacer youll need the grind off some material from the back of the tbi so that the injector pod fits. Do a search, i know a few people have done it.

Thanks for the help with the holley. As for my friend, he's definitley got the L03. His Vin even has the "E" designation for the 305 tbi. I wonder what's up with it?
