I've got an L69 intake with a K&N, I'm not giving it up for ANYTHING. I don't have it on the car because it doesn't fit under the hood with this motor.
There are a few places that make dual intakes that are similar.
Turbocity has their version which looks very nice. Then there is that ramairbox company that has a similar setup. I like the sound the dual snorkel makes compared to both the single snorkel and the open element. With no hood weatherstripping the open element is very loud. Good luck finding a L69 air cleaner. It's possible but more likely that you'll find them on e-bay.

I got mine off eBay for ~$100. The guy was obviously desperate for money and nobody else saw it. Granted, the one I got was only the base, lid, THERMAC, and the vacuum hoses for it, but I've seen some of them go for as much as $150.
You can buy a "new" one from YearOne ( www.nextgenparts.com ). The same setup I got (just the air cleaner) is $189 part #AC852, or you can buy the entire kit for $269 part #AC85K that comes with all the tubing, ducts, etc.
I have to buy the intake ducts and the intake hoses for mine yet, so right now I just have it running like an open element. It made a big diff on top end power on my stock LO3. It pulls all the way to 5200RPM where before it fell on it's face right at 4500.
I like it, and can't wait to get the ducts and hoses. I just gotta figure out how to move my coolant reservior outta the way so I can run the pass side hose over there.

Since this is a 22 year old post, I'd imagine the OP has moved on....
