Re: wheelie?
What was your 60' times?
I ran a 11.40's @ 118 with a best of 1.61 60' and got the front wheels about 2-3" off the track.
If you are any more than 1.65 60' you need to look at your rear tires and suspension.
Do you still have the front sway bar hooked up or on the car? If so remove it and it might just be enough to get you there.
What is the details of your suspension and chassis, gear and converter?
Get more weight off of the nose. Move more weight to the rear

Re: wheelie?
275/60/15 mickey Thompson et streets with a 4.11 gear. Tubular rear suspension all spohn. Adjustable shocks and struts. Aluminum heads fiberglass hood. It is still a 700r4 car so its foot braked but have a 3600 stall converter. I was sixty footing 1.58-1.60 so she was leaving hard. Sway bar is still hooked up. Thought about that after the fact.
Also thought about moving the batter back.

Re: wheelie?
Weight transfer, lots of traction, lots of torque.
Before our local track shut down, I was able to carry the front wheel to the 60' mark. Changed nothing and went to a track with much better track prep and put the car up onto the back bumper twice.

Re: wheelie?
You are looking pretty good. Only thing I can see would be weight transfer and maybe a little nose heavy.
You are running real close to what my old combo done and the only things right off hand I can see diff is the battery and the sway bar. I left my bar on the car but unbolted the end links. Also my battery is in the rear.
Dumb question but got to ask anyway.. Do you have sub frame connectors? How about a roll bar/cage?
Just thinking out loud... Maybe chassis/uni body is flexing.
I'm running spohn SFC and S&W 10 pt. cage
