tie rod sleeve proper adjustment amount?

Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: stock
tie rod sleeve proper adjustment amount?

hello i need some pictures of a properly aligned cars tie rod adjuster sleeves to adjust mine properly im having major sterring problems after hitting a curb when my acelerator stuck and this is the only thing i can think of thats causeing this problem so if anyone has pictures of the sleeves and the amount the tie rods are screwed in would be great

I've refined my methodology a bit since then, but that will work and get you in the ball park.

Your tie rod or something more important is probably bent. These things vary from car to car, ride height to ride height, and for all the other alignment settings. There's no official amount. That's why alignment shops use precision equipment to set it.

well there is nothing visibly bent ti cause it to turn more one way than the other

If it changed, it's because something is bent or something moved.
