Opinion on springs for sale
I came across a set of Eibach Pro-kit springs. He said they have been on the car for 5 years and believe around 20k mile on them. Any opinions on purchasing used springs. He's asking $100 for the set. Thank you.

As long as you get a per axle set, and the price is good, I see no reason not to.

I would give them a thorough once over to make sure there are no hidden cracks or fracture lines and to make sure they weren't cut up or something.

Even reasonably cut springs are fine. I doubt anyone would cut enough off a lowering spring to hurt it unless they were really idiots.
As long as there isn't anything obviously visually very wrong with it, then there's nothing wrong with using them. Springs are some of the most "no-brainer" parts on a car. The only thing you can do to kill a spring is use a torch to cut them.
I have old IROC springs that have been aruond since who knows when, chopped off half a coil front and back, threw em back in, no problems at all and it's been that way a while now and Im sure they'll be fine in 50 years too, even if the car isnt around anymore.
