C6 wheels at four corners (19x10) would they fit?

I got a set of C6 staggered for my '88 Bird, no tires yet, but wanted to know if the rear 19x10's would fit up front. If they would fit I may pick up a couple more rears, car will be dropped 2" also. Later.

I dont think it will fit very well. Id stick with 18x8.5 up front.

you can put them on the front, though they will have to stick out a bit more and you may loose some steering angle. A wide tire on the front will also track on the road and make the car a handful to drive as a DD on public roads. 9.5 is the max people seem to put on a 3rd gen.

I have seen 11's on the front, but with fender mods and im sure steering issues.

you will have steering issues and require a spacer thats near 3 inches long I have 19x10's on the rear and when i tryed to fit them on the front, it would be a very tight fit.

you may beable to get away with proper spacer size and a skinny 275 tire. i run 295's so it just aint gonna happen without sacrificing lots of clearance. On turns ona lowered car you'd bottom the fender out on the tire

Hey guys,
I have 10x18 with 285/35/18 front and rear and they fit.
Iīm in process of lowering my car right now with an Eibach Sportline Kit and Koni yellow Shocks. Lowering Front 1,6" and rear 1,3".
I think itīs finished tomorrow, then I can tell you if they fit right, or rub somewhere. I can take pics if required???

So if you want to use 19" you only have to use 275 or 285/30/19, this will be the same tire amount than 285/35/18.

I've actually wondered the same thing for quite awhile. However, I've just been too lazy to try and fit the rears on the front. Ideally, I'd like to run a 285 all around.

Ok it took me a little longer, but finally its done.

Yes they rub the inner fender, to clear that, you have to make the steering angle a little bit smaller.

Let me know what you think, here we go...

These are American Racing wheels (special edition "Dale Earnhard jr") called Killer Chrome
they are 10x18 with +41 offset and I use 30mm spacers front and rear.

so for the wider wheels you sacrificed turning radius? not sure i would go for that. they do look sweet though

Yes I have to, itīs not much, really 1/4inch perhaps.
Its not a daily driver, only weekends when itīs not raining.
And here it rains a lot
The car is insuranced from April to October, since April I drove it 400mls...

You understand the steering angle is not important for me!
