In case you havent read the SCTPI board, a cruise thru Idyllwild is being planned for Memorial Day weekend. The finishing point will be Morongo Casino for dinner and gambling, but we need a starting point.

I'm free that weekend. What about taking Ortega hwy 74 @ San Juan all the way to the 243 up to the 10? That's about 2:45 drive time.

I'm thinking of meeting at the 15 freeway and Cajalco Road in Corona, and traveling East to San Jacinto / Hemet, and then take the road North to Idyllwild to the Morongo Casino. There is a mall at Cajalco with large parking and different food places to grab a snack.

Now we just need a start time. This will be an afternoon/evening cruise because I know many people work on Saturdays. What start time is good for the most people?

Well unfortunately it looks like people are too busy or dont have their cars ready for this weekend.

We'll shelve this event and plan it for another time.
