Sorry it took so long to get this done, Ive been trying to get Vincent to send me his pictures for 4 months.
His car definitely deserves to be car of the month.

Murphys' Law, you finally get the images and this is one of the few times they put in the fine print that it is "stock only" cars for Car of the Month.

He still deserves a win, but it just won't be this month.

No, last month's COTM was open to all cars. This month (for Sept) they added the extra qualification of being a stock-style car.

Re: Car of the month

The "stock" cars are always losing to the modified so this month they opened it up for stock cars only that way a stock thirdgen can be appreciated.

I'm gonna guess that you guys have not been following much of the COTM program since it started almost 2 years ago, but each month there may be a theme, and or an "open" month where anything can be nominated. The reason there is so much LARGE print it to get people to read the specifics of each months COTM thread. Check it out next month, maybe Vincents will fit?

We had some issues with the program a few months back with a group from back east using all its local members to try and push a member into a win, and it caused drama. That being said I don't search the internet for COTM threads, but if I see threads in the future about "let's help ****** (whoever) win COTM" here on TGO the member will be removed from the program, whether they started the thread or not. Just as a heads up to you all and Vincent in the future month. Vincent I love your car, and I'm sure your car will do just fine on it own, with some good new pics.

Later fellas
