FS="compliant" long tubes, A/C delete pulley

Dougs long tube headers, ceramic coated w/ A.I.R. and #8 cylinder riser for Corvette head style EGR supply. They have some dents in them from crash/frame damage, and ground clearance scrapes, plus an edelcrap CARB tag. $100.

A/C delete pulley, excellent condition-dead man pulley that replaces the A/C compressor and allows you to run the stock belt w/o A/C. $30

Re: FS="compliant" long tubes, A/C delete pulley

If you want pics, send me a PM w/ your email. If you are not using Corvette or Vortech/E-tech/Fastburn heads, I can cut the riser off of #8 and weld up the hole for you.

Compared to Don's headers, they should flow as well or better and scavenge a tad better, but ground clearance is an issue, especially with a lowered car, and exhaust system routing is also trickier, because they dump out in the trans tunnel.

And the answer to the snarky second comment, I never had a problem with them passing visual at a smog test station, and they work just like they are supposed to with all the emissions stuff in place. I just got frustrated with the ground clearance and spark plug access problems/wires burning on the E-Tech heads because of the location and angle of the plugs in those particular heads. If you run regular heads, spark plugs are located differently and are not a problem.

Snarky? I'm just saying these headers aren't smog legal despite your fix.

I never said they were Smog Legal, I said they were "compliant" because they pass visual inspection. It's just like running a non-stock cam, they are not Smog Legal, but they pass anyway. This is not a discussion thread, so please let it go.

Thanks

Actually no its not. A cam won't be given a visual inspection. Please excuse my latest and last snarky comment.
