Re: Quick pics of v2 tpi terror

if you are looking for a great LS1 cam.. i used the GM ASA road racing cam.. its cheap, not peaky.. and has great torque down low...

my 98 LS1, had pacesetter long tubes, ORY, lid, LS6 intake and that cam.. and made 375rwhp on a DynaPack5000... it made 396rwhp on a dynoJet..

by the way, what wheels are those? the look like BBS knockoffs.. like the BBS RGT

Pictures don't do the paint justice, the paint really stands out in the sun. You need to set up the photo shoot as soon as the weather clears.

Order that clutch, I have spring break coming up. We can swap it and test it out with some hwy runs!!

ive seen that cam out for quiet a while. i think people even used stock ls6 springs..
not sure if i want to go with a 226 or 228 cam just yet. ibut m leaning towards biger cubes if i ever come accross a deal.

yeaap bbk reps very similar to rgts possibly 20lbs lighter than my old c5 z06 reps wheels! *combined

Re: Quick pics of v2 tpi terror

Windshield? I don't recall its not the original one.
Thanks for the comments.. I am awaiting for my monster clutch..
I'm looking into installing it sometime this month. And I'm looking into a good exhaust guy who can build me a nice x pipe with some nice clamps suitable for easy removal.

I know jerry has the right skills and experience but he's a busy guy. I want to add some bracing to the front suspension. And mid brace by my tranny k member.

I am gettin in contact with koni one of my koni yellows appears to be defective. Hope to get the car running properly with my clutch, alignment and some new tires.

Re: Quick pics of v2 tpi terror

Its cool, but seeing yours was enough for me to go get mine replaced lol. Very glad I did, I honestly have to say a new windshield has been my favorite thing I think, and it was one of the cheapest things I've done to my car.

Re: Quick pics of v2 tpi terror

Car looks awesome, love the wheels. Silver, matching Blue, Black, or Red all work for the calipers. Personally, I'd go with Silver or Black.

What brand wheels are those? They look like BBS replicas. I'd like to put some BBS LM replicas on my car, but I'm trying to figure out the type of adapter to run and how to do the offset/spacing...

I have yet to lower a 3rd gen and have it come out completely level. First you cut the coil spring isolators, the it's a 1/2 coil that turns in to 1 1/2 or two depending on the spring, jack it back up, lower it back down... Dude I'm getting tired just thinking about it LOL! The important part is that the car looks great, love the wheels
