Depending on where this info came from it could be just the State's share, local agencies tack on to those amounts and can double the fines.

Huh? Just trying to understand that one. 18+ can? 16 & 17 can't?

That law implies that adults can but.....

I know...Just the way it is worded implies that adults can, but still....Minor driving? They just referring to the 16-17 yr olds?

All of these are fines are a lot cheaper than what you actually end up paying. If you are dumb enough to roll over and just pay the fine without a fight you'll pay much more.

They slap you with a whole pile of nonsense fees and whatnot before they are done with you.
