Emissions Test
Took my car in today to the test only center. The only thing different from the configuration that the car is normally run in was that I was burning 87 octane instead of 91 octane. NOTHING else was different. Here's how it went:
%CO2 %O2
RPM Measured Measured
15mph 1778 12.53 2.28 PASS
25mph 1708 12.85 2.25 PASS
HC (PPM)
MAX AVE Measured
15mph 108 31 95 PASS
25mph 83 20 61 PASS
CO(%)
MAX AVE Measured
15mph 0.71 0.10 0.41 PASS
25mph 0.58 0.09 0.30 PASS
NO (PPM)
MAX AVE Measured
15mph 767 237 160 PASS
25mph 706 199 148 PASS
Visual Inspection: PASS
Functional Check PASS
Emission Test PASS
The tech did say that the "manifolds" (headers) should have a CARB EO#, but when I pointed out that the AIR system was intact, he let it go.
An easy PASS with the set-up shown in my sig, making 320+rwhp / 375+rwtq.
