Hello,
I am looking for recommendations of shops that specialize in Camaro restoration, LS engine swap, suspension and brake upgrades. Basically some excellent shops that handle resto-mods.

If money isn't an issue, try Reiss Racing in Escondido. He's a Camaro guy and can handle this. But it won't be inexpensive to have a shop do that kind of work.
