Damn dude that truck isn't liking you very much. Next you will need a rear end, fuel pump/sender/tank, bed, etc. Hope you find the tranny you need.

Itll like me once he's roadworthy again. The motor is getting put in this week, but I know the trans is just waiting to die, so I'd like to find one this week to throw in before. 2 birds with one stone I guess. Did they close that office you worked at in the Safeway shopping center? I always hoped I would see the black car one day again

Ah I see. Sounds like it's going to keep you busy. No the company had to close its doors due to bankruptcy. I now work around the 101 and Raintree.

The Trans Am is currently up on jack stands while I'm trying to get the last 2 spark plugs out on the passenger side. The headers are in the way. I'm also replacing the plug wires with MSD 8mm, as well as an MSD cap/rotor.

I'm replacing the starter as well while I'm at it because now and then when I go to start it, all I get is a click. Then when I turn the key to off and then back on it fires right up. I've checked the battery and it's working fine. The ignition control module was replaced with a delco unit in January and the coil is relatively new as well.

So once I get everything back together I'm going to try and get it through emissions again.

Anyways, good luck with the truck. Hope it works out for you.

Mike
