Damn, I'm totally interested, I just have to wait about 6 months before I can refinance my house and pull out some equity

*sigh* I would take a loan out in a heartbeat, but my credit dropped like a rock buying this house. Prob would have to wait till the time I am refinancing to get approved for a loan anyways, lol.
