There were 13,000 Formys built in 87 and 88,000 birds total.

But what does this mean?

It means that you need to meet me at a stoplight ot find out where you truely stand in the "pecking order", LOL

When am I gonna see that little birdy you got?

Erik totalled his camaro and is also stepping over to the darkside, getting a bird as well.

All us Pontaic owners should get together sometime to celebrate our "birdliness" over a couple of buckets of KFC.

I'm not a "bird-brain"... we all know you're the "**** of the walk" right now HEH

MINE !! I pick it up tonight or tomorrow. I love my '91Z, but my heart has brought me back to the loyalty to the bird.

http://www.autotrader.com/findacar/v...or=&cardist=27

I'll gladly hang out and ruffle feathers wth you fools periodically. Not on the boards as much anymore because my life has a bit more balance now than sleeping, eating, and breathing the car, but I'll be around.

And I get an absolute kick out of the "pissing match drama" you've been referring to with whoever at the other club. Been there, done that, owned 3 4th gens, had to try to be faster and cooler than everyone, blah blah superficial BS. Not anymore!

You have to admit though, when you're humble and someone else is a cocky loudmouth egomaniac, nothing is more fulfilling than watching him get his *** handed to him in a speed contest !

Erik

As of Monday night the house will be empty of guests, school will be out for a month, and I will be parting out Eriks Z28

Actually the parting will be fun, gotta help a brotha out, but I will be up and out to see yall and "stretch my wings".

Sorry, I just had to throw a post in the middle somewhere from a Camaro owner. Reading all these post and eating my Wendy's chicken sandwich just was making my laugh to hard!!

Will this 'ruffling of feathers' be a formal event? I'll bring my bowtie...

Bruce.. don't quit your day job. I just have a feeling that you'd "chicken" out once on stage.

Mark... what's the lowdown on the rear end out of Erik's Camaro? I'm starting to look for a posi for the Bird. I'll gladly run from a redlight with you just so long as we chain a honda to the back of your car to even out the difference in our power to weight ratios.

I like to drive my car. That's why I got it. Why don't we plan a short cruise and end up somewhere for a cookout for the phoenix people who can't up and run to Tucson or who is on a limited budget?

Well... gotta go ship off the last of the Crossfire parts.. *sniff sniff*.

Most likely transplanted into his new TA.

The TA will only have a 2.73 in it, the Camaro is a 3.23.

However the rear in the TA is probably posi also, just with the short gear.

I havent actually seen the car yet so I dont know all the details, neither does Erik, he is just real excited cause it looks so pretty, LOL!!!

He should be picking it up today so we will then have a an opportunity get all the RPO codes to find out whats up.

What you got in your Formy for a rear and brakes?

LOL.. 10 years later AZFBA is still around (it's also very 3rd gen friendly now)
Most of these guys sold their cars and/ or left the state (AZIROC still has his but it hasn't seen the street in a long long time).

Hey now! I might've left the state but I still pay property taxes to Maricopa county courtesy of the house in Tempe.

I've been an AZFBA member for 10 years (past Prez too) and I have to say that the bashing that used to happen is a thing of the past and it's a 3rd (and 2nd and 1st) gen friendly club these days.

Funny thing is 5th genners sometimes bash on 4th genners. Turn about is fair play I suppose...
