Re: Hello from Georgia!
I'm up north of Atlanta in Suwanee... I just picked up an '85 Z28 with a 305 TPI. It has a LOT of needs. There should be boxes coming in over the next few weeks to take care of some of those...
I'm also chronicling some of the changes on my Car blog, CoolCaroftheDay.com. And if you are curious as to just HOW rough this thing is... here is a link to about 70 pictures of it.

It's been a while since I played the Muscle Car game... I've been playing with Jeeps for a while.

Re: Hello from Georgia!
definately interested.....Formulas more of a driver than the buick but still a diamond in the rough. I swapped 4th gen seats in paint is shoddy on mine but thinking of a 5.3 swap my brother has. These cars can be capable handlers but need some ooomph to feel like the gns

Held up good Just pulled it last week nothing was wrong with it to put a th350 and a 3500 stall in. I couldn't take it to the track with the 5 speed but tooling around it was fine.

Re: Hello from Georgia!
the Gathering is again this May during the Memorial Day weekend. I started a post in the southeast section. A few of us are planning a cruise from the Savannah area to the show, picking up others along the way. Anyone else planning on going? That would be the time and place to start up a thirdgen gathering.

Re: Hello from Georgia!
lately put 4th gen seats/ stripped and polished formula wheels/ cut springs lowered to hug tires/ 82 trans am taillights/ polished ragged paint/ painted trim on back hatch. Car needs love/ has 350 swap but tbi and fuel dist is not enough. I also gota ra 1 hood like polly ta has. I think I am go go back to formula hood though. Last week when driving I noticed fans will not activate. I have traced a few things still unsure why they ae not coming on.
