Agreed. Car inspections are nothing more than a cash cow for the state. The newer cars will not run at all if the emissions are tampered with, and the older a car gets the more difficult it is to maintain all of those parts in working order. When I build a modified Z-28, I will have to rely on the garages who don't check very closely to keep it inspected. If it gets to difficult, I will run GA plates on the car and use my Dad's address for the registration.

If you saw it within the past 6-8 yrs it was probably me as I have had the car since '01 or '02 . I have lived in PF since '06 and lived in Sevierville by the lake before that . Blue could use paint and interior work as she has been letting her self go since we've been together .
