Any 3rd gen F-Body owners in Miami ??
Hey guys, its been a while since I've posted. Are there any of you in the Miami area? Does anyone go to The Tower Shops Anymore?? Is it still good??Guys let me know if your out there and how it is?
I will most likely be out there tommorow 4 the first time in about a year. I will be in my 69 442 Olds, not the camaro's.

Hey, I guess your right, no thirdgens in our area. Everyone is going to the fourth gens around here in miami. Our cars are becoming more rare everyday that passes.

Your telling me! I used to go to the U-pick junk yards and thirdgens were a dime a dozen. Now I go and I cant even find the crappy V6's which used to be everywhere. You do got to remember, most of our cars are 25 years or older. My 1985 Z28 is almost a antique here. A couple more years and it qualifies for the special Antique plate my 1969 Olds has.
I wonder if that south florida f-body club still meets in broward at the dave and busters off I-95 every month or so.

Yeah, I wish my 85 was considered an antique. State of florida laws are any vehicle built from 1945 and on is a antique after its 30 Birthday. 1944 and down is considered ancient vehicle and does not need a tag. The tags are waayy cheaper for antiques and my classic car insurance helps with cost. Got a couple more years.

Your so rite when we use to the junk yard there were a dime a dozen t/a and camaro of all type .Now u be lucky if u find a empy shell. That's why no matter how hard is to put my 89 iroc together and money being tight.I will push forward slowly surely i get it. damm!! I LOVE MY IROC ever it's set in my driveway being put together slowly's . but it's getting there.

Yeah that is sad ! But yeah my thrid gen is alive. i'm still working on it parts are to hard find this days and cost alot . I should be starting it up in week or two i'm just tryin to keep engine bay install clean. but between work and this rainy weather doesn't help either you now.

I live in Miami and I have an 87 IrocZ. I rarely see them anymore either. I think people would rather buy a new Camaro.

I live in Hallandale i had my 91 since i was 16 almost 11 years and hardly see any third gens. I dont know why the 3rd gens are so rare down here probly cause all the ricers out here. I might head up to the towers this friday any other spots where people go.

anyone interested in a all original z28 auto with a 5.0 for 3800 firm ? needs minor work it runs rich and rarely stalls at idle, minor rust on roof..3054672131..in need of a tune up I just don't care for the car anymore since I have a 91 g92 l98.
