Well, I just finished switching to a serpentine setup. I have them, I just need to pick them up from the guy I bought the setup from. I also have to rewire the A/C harness. Thanks anyway.

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
Hey Drew, at least you got yours started already. Am getting closer though.
Here is a shot with the brackets mocked up while i ran the accessory wires.
The headers are in and with brackets in place i can now start designing my
heater valve location and plumbing rout. Am hoping to get the heater valve,
a/c plumbing and air box installed this week. Then i'll start on the dual electric
fan conversion.

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
'the header paint', VHT clear and, VHT Black on the bolts. The smog delete
pulley is new but i painted it also and, the rest of the accessories are new and
i did not paint them.
P.S. I forgot to mention the water pump is new and painted with the same VHT
black while it's bolts are ARP. All the other pulleys have been sandblasted and
painted with the same except a/c. I have a WS6 steering box also so, i will paint
that as well before i install it.

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
Ok guys. We got the heater hose/valve plumbing done.
A/C hose looks like it cooperated PERFECTLY. We put a
90 degree heater outlet on the manifold facing forward
with a 90 degree heater hose routed behind the a/c
compressor. You can see it in the bottom left side of this
pic. In between the a/c hose. OOOH... and notice the
shiny new Barry Grant 750 Demon. hehe

Almost ready to run. Am waiting on a heater core and some black
J&M CC plates. While cleaning up today i kept getting a feeling i missed a bolt
somewhere. Then after most of the tools where put away and i looked down
on the nose i felt lucky. If i missed a bolt somewhere i figured i got one handy! hahaha

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
lol... i looked under my car yesterday and saw that my panhard bar was bent out of shape bad... good thing i already had the new one so i swapped that puppy out and started installing my tpi strut tower brace, serpentine belt, and the rear cargo floor pan... sorry no pics but the only thing you would see would be the floor through the big stinking hole where the floor was... starting to think i may not make it to the meet cuz still no exhaust, windshield, stickers, plates, and don't know if the tranny works.... lol list is getting shorter though...

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
BTW... for those of you wanting to build a 3" mandrel exhaust system like i have been wanting to do... you don't have to find a shop that does mandrel bents on 3" pipe... SUMMIT has the entire intermediate pipe (from cat to muffler) for about 180 bucks shipped to you... I'll get mine in the mail tomorrow so i'll drop up some pictures for you all to see... thinking i'm gunna clamp the whole thing together except for the ypipe rather than weld it incase i need to pull something which will have to exhaust in the way...

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
just a quick update... thanks to the help of mike i got the car set for timing and fuel pressure so that i could have the exhaust i bought installed... i'm heading out this week to take her to the shop and have this done... couple more things and i'll be ready for the meet... problem i did come across though is that my tranny doesn't wanna shift ... could be because of not enough tranny fluid or shifter issues... or lol bad tranny... which would be no damn good...

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
Glad to hear your making progress. I am still waiting on strut bushings
and i have not been able to button up the a/c yet. I need to swap
my a/c wiring harness this weekend and finally get that baby charged.
Anyhow here is a little peak at one of my mods...

@zachkuby87
Very nice car dude.
@DrewsCam & gen 1
Byron may have a vacuum pump at the shop 'hope we can find it'.
If i can get this a/c-heater wiring harness run this weekend and
the dash back in i will see about recharging the a/c next week.
I'll let you know if we find the vac pump so we can help ya out.
P.S. it's the weekend and i got invited to beta test NFS World
again. For those of you with no clue, check it out. Game is due
out this summer and it is a BLAST....

Re: Pics of Peoples cars
just finished wet setting my rocker arms today... yeah me... letting her cool off before i put the covers completely back on. She sounds a whole lot better with the new exhaust on her and the rockers set. Looks like mostly everything is coming together... still not sure whether or not she will make it to the meet on the 20th but if not there is always otto's to look forward too. or some other car show... she's still not exactly where i want her to be. Audio hasn't even been started on except for new speakers and stereo. The ac is still needing a line and minor work plus the recharge. I also have to get the smog bypass pulley and a high side power steering hose.. Although i think we can all agree i'm further ahead then i would normally be on this two year project. Only about 8 months into her and atleast now i can say that i have driven her! lol in and out of the garage...
