It's not Saturday, but I'm going to go race my slot cars Fri night at Slot Cars Of Katy--615 S. Mason rd--next to Fuzzy's Pizza, in the Sears home improvement store strip center. Barry will probably be there.

If I get lucky and finish early I'll probably go over to Bubbles on Richmond and let them wash my car. They do a pretty good job of cleaning off the greasy finger prints and you can wait next door at Sam's Boat.

They have a Tx series race there June 16/17--7 different classes--based on chassis and motor limitations--each class faster than the previous.

I made it
At about 8pm lol
Got goofed up a few times on the way there and just got a flatout late start on getting the car washed and waxed.
Eric/esc and I just hung out and bs'ed and got us some angus burgers
Wouldnt mind getting out there earlier next time and meeting up with a few more folks.

There was a pretty good turnout Saturday. Cars all the way down the side and even around the corner. I took a few pictures with my phone but they didn't come out very well...
I also tried to take one of Venus and the Moon which were in an unusual alignment that night. As you can image it was a lost cause.
