In Need Of a REAL EXPERT LOGO Designer

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am in need of a designer with top-notch skills who can take my small rough draft LOGO and change it into a prestine work of Art that will show up as a 42 inch diameter addition to a freshly dyed concrete floor. Do you have the skills for this??????

The designer I was going to use in fabricating the logo for my garage floor just had a personal emergency and won't be able to get back to the project for a couple more months.

This is Bad.

I need to get my new garage up and running so the wife can move into her new house (new to her) and so I can stop payiing two morgages

I found the idea in a Wood working magazine special edition on Garage Decorating. I've never done it before, but I'm going to stain the floor black, add clearcoat and a few coats of wax to make it all 'pop'.

As far as the LOGO goes; I've got the principle parts figured out, but need someone who can cut and paste them together. I'll try and post a copy of the rough draft.

Re: In Need Of a REAL EXPERT LOGO Designer

Wow! Thanks for taking a hit at that thing!!

Since I didn't seem to be getting a responsce, I contacted the graphics designer of GarageArt.com and he's whipping me out a final edition today for only $150. This is going to look great on my garage floor, just left of the double yellow lines like you'd find on a roadway.

Was that difficult for you to straighten out? It sure looks MUCH Better!! Thank-You, Nitro

$150 is really cheap. Problem is, you need to completely redesign that logo for 42" print. At the current dimensions and format, you will find it to be horribly pixelated. Also you are missing edges.
I'd probably do something like that, but would charge in the end about $300-500. Alot of work involved to make it look professional and printable at that size without loss of quality.

I was expecting it to cost several hundred. Fortunately I had the seperate parts in graphic, so the problem child is the artist rendering of what I'm doing to my IROC as I"m putting it back together in paint.

I'm trying to find a good quality floor dye for the garage floor instead of all the epoxies that people are using and having trouble with. Did any of you see the Garages in last year's WOOD magazine's Great Garages special? The one I latched on to had a mottled black tortoise shell dye with the 42" garageart.com's generic corvette logo. I'm going to add a double yellow line highway mark between two bays with the logo by the third.
