The car has a 355TPI with t56 issue happened after throwout bearing was swapped for a precision brand. I removed it and I put the one that came.with clutch kit just got it repacked with grease. Drives fine but at idle between 1000 to 1500rpms it makes a metal noise not sure if its normal I dont think it is because I never heard it before.

New parts put on are competition clutch kit stage 2, fork, pivot/pivot bolt, fluid, and the t56 has been rebuilt because I took it to a shop to figure the noise out and they said it was a bearing on the input shaft which the trans shop said nothing was wrong but I told them to replAce them and clean it up and replace anything else needed. So far ive spent around 1600 in the new parts.

I have left to replace if needed the slave cylinder and flywheel.
