Southside Machine subframes/bars
I hoping someone out there might have some of this stuff pigeon holed away in their stash of parts and be willing to sell them. I'm looking for the subframe connectors but will consider the whole kit if necessary.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Southside Machine subframes/bars
I'm assembling parts for a different car I'm likely going to build for myself. My son wants my car for his first, so I made him a deal a year ago. He is keeping up his part of the deal (good grades, staying out of trouble and not becoming a teenage jackazz) so I need to start getting serious about keeping up my end of the deal.
I've had the SSM bars on my whip for over 15 years with no regrets. I'm not impressed with anything else out there so.......
That's also the same reason why I'm looking for another 9-bolt to put back in the car to replace the 9 inch I'm yanking out.
Why do you ask, do you have a set???

I used the subframe connectors but I left the lift bars at a shop I used to work at 10yrs ago uninstalled.
They are a bad design for a street car and not much better than that for a track car. To much binding and heavy weird stuff going on with em for me.
Took several sets off for people also.

some guys just dont understand Ladder bars..or know how they work...
i myself have always liked the SSM set up and have had them installed on my LPE Camaro for over 20 years.
(side note: you DO NOT use them WITHOUT your LCRs
also looking for the lift bars.. side of the Kit..(back up parts) JUST THE BARS..dont need any other parts...
they would still be making them today..but Missmanagement put the company out of business!
