Uh, mthat has more to do with yours being an automatic. As weak as the 2.8s are the gear ratio for first gear makes it extremely easy to spin a tire (Open Diff) in all conditions.

From a performance standpoint backpressure is always bad. No such thing as a lack of backpressure making you lose torque. Read up a little and stop spreading myths, okay?
