Good point. Looking at the last pic (original?) shows the beveled edge. Can always tweak the plans. I would like to see more and maybe even make some plans for hard to find parts.

Yep, 78 and Rivers. They did a great job on mine (fixing it) and for a great price. Friend of mine told me about them and how he did a pull up on the exhaust to show how strong it was!

I wouldn't worry about it too much at this point. It was residual overcharge that left the battery. Happens all the time after charging the battery... takes about 10 min to get to its stable voltage....

I was thinking you will have to move the body part of the hinge further out due to the limited travel of the caps hinge. Not sure if that is feasible seeing as how I have never taken the door off,...

I think the idea is AMAZING! May have to copy that ;). Only issue I think there is and that being the hinge. I think you should try the original door hinge but keeping with the magnet and push in/pop...

The house is looking to be closed on the 10th and I am definitely excited.
I couldn't figure out why the driveshaft wouldn't reach, but the yoke wouldn't move forward or back in transmission....

78 and Royle rd in ladson/Summerville. There are 3 decent junkyards there. Specifically Don's is one of them. I am not a fan of the place on 78, but the 2 on Royle Rd are good to me.

I used Autoloc hidden antenna. Works good, but not the same as factory (not as good of range). I have an Mp3 7" touch screen deck, so the radio doesn't really matter much to me though.
