Just swapped my old steel driveshaft with an aluminum one out of an 02 SS. Got rid of my vibration at 70. I had swapped several steel shafts and made no difference.

I went looking underneath where the ground effects bolt to the fender found that someone had tried to jack the car up from that. it had rolled the fender up into the subframe and pushed it outwards....

fender alignment issues. help!!!

Having problems with fender alignment. If I set them where the hood will shut they hang a 1/4 inch out at the top from the doors. If i line them with the doors then the hood wont fit. What's the deal?

Lately my engine had been wanting to idle much higher than it set, so I got to checking for vacuum leaks and ran across the line that comes out of the firewall that goes to the diaphram for changing...

The springs control when the rods pull up from the main jets to get into the power mode. The secondaries are control through the linkage and begin to open when u reach 50% throttle.

Sounds like ur running really lean. Go up twosizes on the mains and look at what rods the book would call for. Will probably say something like 4% richer in both cruise and power. Maybe go one to two...

I'd say there is a good chance that you may need to change the main jet size, most likely going to a larger size. I'm not very familiar with Q-jets, but that's where I'd probably start if everything...

ok. this is with the engine off. the floating was voltage was 12.61. with the aftermarket proform fan on the voltage was 12.21. with the factory fan it was 12.15. with both it was 12.00 even.

electric. brand new alternator tested and working well. volt gauge does not drop more than a half a volt down to about 13 to 13.5.

first thing i'd try is replacing the flasher relay and fuse. make sure the flasher hasn't dropped out of the bracket and is grounding the terminals against something. do ur hazzards work? they are on...
