OK I forgot to add that I went back to my original fuelpressure regulator. the adjustable wouldn't drop below 45 lbs i didn't think that was to high. It helped a little going back but the car still...

87 GTA dosen't have 120 speedo they have the 140 speedo. Just thought I'd put that out before you get the wrong one.
