Reichard Racing does something very similar to the pullies. Their theory is that drilling the holes creates a vacuum effect on the belt.

Not sure on the exact year but the truck it was removed from was a early 80's 3/4 ton truck. There is a current pending sale on the motor.

If the sensors were not placed in the same location, the readings will be different. Example: wideband sensor near the headers compared to a sensor placed in the exhaust tip.

Anybody that can tune EFI Live, LS1 Edit, or LT1 Edit should be more than capable of tuning your car as the principles are the same but the factory ECM does not have the ability to flash your ecm...

The LT1 manifold modified would work pretty nice. Without knowing air flow numbers and port velocity, I can't say anything about the heads. I would suggest some tuning on the car and optimizing...

Sounds like the car is doing fine in the traction department. The car does seem to be down in power for the setup you are describing. I dyno and log a wideband on the car and see what the fuel...

Testing for acceptable shaft play and obvious damage to the compressor and exhaust wheel is about all you can check visually. You will not know if the seals are bad until you install it on the car...

Hopefully you are picking the turbo up super cheap under $500 as thats all its worth. That turbo will spool fine on your car and make a good amount of power if its a real 70mm. As with any used...

Because the MAF is unplugged, the car will automatically default in open loop mode and possibly go into limp mode. Its possible the MAF is bad. Easy way to check is to swap with a known good one...
