To answer the questions is it acutally overheating yes i would think so. is it dumping boiling water no not yet but the overflow got to full. and yes the gauge went from the usual 190 to 230+

The balancer is junk as in it wobbles a good inch and a half as the engine is running. The first time i saw that I was timing the motor and freaked out since then I refuse to try to start the car.
