If you replace the entire wiring harness, it should be fairly plug and play hardware wise. They use different ECU's, different wiring harnesses, and sometimes different sensors.

Sounds like it might be a vacuum leak, and since you've just replaced all the vacuum lines before it started that'd be the first place I would look. Spray some carb cleaner (The flammable kind)...

So I've tried heating with a torch and cooling with PB blaster, using vice grips, hitting it with a hammer, just can't seem to break that bolt loose. I guess the only other option is to grind it...

Got it all apart. 3ft handle of a craftsman hydraulic jack on the end of a ratchet as a breaker bar was the way to go! :-D
