Cleared the Code 54, now I have intermittent Code 44 and STILL a long crank. Thoughts?

My fuel pressure was tested at 15psi.

Per the stock sticker on the hood, it says to use 6* timing.

Personally I have my engine modified a bit, but I still find 6* to be what I need. Tried 8* once, and it didn't work out to well, 4*...

Mines 32" X 20" High.

But what matters is the width, mines 2" wide with a square bottom. The stock radiator is 1.75" and is rounded on the bottom. So unless you're new radiator is rounded bottom...

Well I know all the wires to and from the relay are fine (pain staking to check), I think I'm going to try another sensor and/ or reseat my current one. The fan DOES kick on at 238 like it should,...

Nope. The fan control sensor worked fine, the gauge temp sensor is off by 20 degrees soothe gauge says the engine is 250-260 when really it's 230-240. I checked with a laser thermometer.

Also the lower black plastic air dam cover from the front bumper to the lower scrape fin isn't on. But the car is being run on jack stands, so it shouldn't matter,
