The cold start system on the early TPI cars is completely independent of the ECU, it uses some sort of temp switch to control it if i remember correctly. It's probably worse with the new injectors...

What makes you think it's a fuel system problem? Have you verified ignition system is good? Why are you putting the old injectors back in, Have you got a datalog you can post?

I had a chance to do a little more troubleshooting today, Found an error i made while repining for SD which was causing the low fuel pump error message, so fixed that and did another data log run...

ADX is right out of the SAUJP v7 file i got off of this site, and the first bin is the same took it straight out of the zip, just made a few basic (vats, fan temp etc changes).

Yes ( i did it on my own TKO conversion) you can do it for the vss input to the computer which allows you to tweak it so the speed that shows in your datalog will be correct and the speed related...

It will still run with an EST error the module will have some rudimentary control of timing. That is definitely a big problem though, You need to fix it before proceeding with any tuning.

It looks to me like your BLMS go out of whack every time the EGR comes on, then when it shuts off the BLM and integrator start settling back to normal.....

You might also consider getting the NVSRAM module from moates. its reasonably priced and i find it makes tuning alot quicker because you dont have to pull the prom and re-burn it every time you make...
