Well I got it, it was the stud where the heat shield was attached near the back. The front nut never can loose. And the French locks where bent to far over, but it came right off

its actually the the motor that is mounted underneath the tonneau cover that pulls the top down on to it. The switch that they used is basically a power window switch and is mounted in the rear panel...

The motor was actually used to pull the top tight on to the tonneu cover. pretty much had the same concept as the trunk motors except there was a switch in stalled in the rear drivers...
