I would suggest going with the Ls1 front brakes if your on a budget, as the baer they are sometimes hard to come by.. i had a similar set up and its was kind hard to find rotors for it

what i did i went and got sensor from an 86 camaro with gauges even tho my camaro was an 84

I wired my fans through a relay and ran the 12v sourse to a wire that comes from the alternator...
So every time i start the car the fans turn on and i turn it off they turn off
