while i agree dynos are used as tuneing tools, my car is tuned and even though i dislike dynos (been around them befor i even got into cars fathers speed shop had one)...

All depends on the rust each situation is unique some times its as simple as sanding the paint off then grinding the rust till its gone primer bondo and primer again.

Yes theres two batteries on the car.

Today we had it at tdc both rockers for number 1 were closed and as we turned it further the exhaust valve started to open.

and as for the HEI being vacuum...
