Well I was after the rear bumper cover, not the front, it fits good...

Also the middle that's sagging basically hangs from the top IIRC. So I would think that it'd hang straight when installed.

Yeah, I'll hafta go in tomorrow morning and ask him about maybe reconditioning it, as far as Hawks, they don't carry exterior parts on their site...

Well, currently you can't tell visually that it's there, you can only notice it when you run your hand over the cover and it dips in a few places. However the cars paint right now is very oxidized...

My 93 S10 is a posi truck(i know this for a fact) and its wheels spin opposite directions when spun in the air too. So don't discount it just yet. Unless theres a big difference between limited slip...

My 87 v6 had an EGR code last year that turned out to be a minor vacuum leak. High idle is normally very indicative of some kind of vacuum leak because your mass air flow sensor only thinks so much...
