No body rust to speak of, there is some surface rust on the hatch frame but its good otherwise. The car came from Arizona/New Mexico. It only got to North Carolina in 2008 and from then to January...

If your running a 305 you might look for a junkyard 350 out of a pickup. Its 14% more engine, so thats 14% more power. Put a LT1 used cam or a cheap one you find here on the boards in it. New timing...

There is a spot for a factory size thermostat just below the waterneck. The waterneck is just bolted in place in the picture. The weld just looks decieving.

Define Excellent, I have 2 inches of clearance below my exhaust. And would you honestly recommend a true dual to someone who may have little to any experience dealing with exhausts that they should...

You'r car will run fine without the tune, but should you decide to just know I picked up 20 hp with my PCMFORLESS tune. Its $200 and all you do is plug in a small chip to the ECM.

The H is under the tailshaft of the tranny and uses the stock hanger location there. But its all just home made man, I just cut a bunch of 3" pipe and bends. It really was a pain in the butt and...

UPDATE:

Went and tried to adjust the IAC, had zero effect. I had the throttle blades closed off 100% and this dang things still idles at 1500+ RPM. I'm going to take the IAC off and check to see...
