Re: Ported TPI intake - High Flow Fuel Injection Porting

You'd be amazed at the gains a properly ported stock TPI base with large tune runners and ported plenum can provide.
Check out High Flow Fuel Injection on Facebook.

Re: SLP Runner Porting - Advice Needed

Yeah, you got it.

You really need to upgrade your cam to get the best results though. The stock cam is pretty weak. 1.6 rockers at least. Also, do you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?...

Re: TPI HI Flow Runners Edelbrock 89-92 tuned port injection

The SLP runners don't outflow the Edelbrock runners. Have you seen SLP runners??? The Edelbrocks are much better quality and have bigger, more consistent sizing throughout the ports.

Re: What is the drivers side small runner tube function? Tricky!

So, the driver side tube isn't needed if you've deleted your cold start injector, right? I can use the 89-up slp runners with the older style plenum?

Re: What is the drivers side small runner tube function? Tricky!

Well, the stock '89 driver side runner doesn't have that tube at all and if you buy '89-92 slp runners, it is blocked off at both ends of the tube.
