Re: Why does every TPI you see have dents?

Alot of times, while removing an engine, the hoist chain will dimple them if you are not careful.

Re: Is a 224-230 .540lift cam to big for Older Trick Flow heads?

IIRC, the older Trick Flows are limited for lift because of the cast guides, overall shorter valves, and junk springs. Anything over .520 lift will require the proper springs, and have brass guides...

Re: Power steering pump replacement

Yes, switch them over. Not hard to remove. a deep socket and ratchet should suffice for the stud, and a flare wrench for the plug.

IIRC, you might need a new hose so you do not void the...

Re: superram on a 305?

Nope. Your best to stay with the TPI set up. The stock TPI was designed around a 305 engine. If you plan on going with a 350+ engine down the road, then the SR would be a nice upgrade. I doubt you...

Re: 84 T/A vs. 03 Nissan Altima

3.5 engines in the Nissans are impressive for a V6, from my own personal expierence. I would bet on the Altima.

Turning OFF the traction control will give the Nissan more power.

Re: Torque Arm Mount Install

Are you going with a poly bushing? You are going to have to get the mounting bracket off. IIRC, you will need to drill the little dimples off of each half of the bracket, to get the old bushing out.
