Car is knocking really bad!

Took the my car out today and hit the rev limiter and it started to knock real bad from the valve cover. Also it's has a bas miss fire. What do you think it is?

There are a few things wired in ACC Alarm and a few switches. One thing is wired to the light switch, my A piller gauges. Far as what i am hearing it is the fuel pump because you can watch the fuel...

Yeah, The Key is in the On position, fuel pump primes (normal) then if i pull the head light switch the fuel pump primes. This is with the car not running.

I have a small Aeromotive gauge on my fuel rail and the gauge bounces real fast between 45psi to30/35psi. Does not stay steady. Is this normal??? Any ideas what this could be???

To tune the 165 ecm you have to take out the chip Right?? and the 730 you don't?? My tuner recommend...

I am doing it because the 730 is able to tune as you drive and you dont have to take out the prom out to burn it.
What prom would be the best?
The 24-32 pin connector..its what the harness plugs...
