I just found a dripping fuel line towards the back on the driver side in front of the back wheel, would that affect anything?

Parking lamps not working

I have an 85 firebird, and the front parking lamps don’t work. All the side markers and taillights work, but I have no running or turn lights in the front ones. Any suggestions?
