OK thanks, but I should have asked is this the 6" Sunoco hood or the 7 1/2" Sunoco hood? I cant wait to see your finished project! I be she runs like a raped ape!

So did the VFN hood fit and how tall was it? Having same problem with my 632 BBC and the old cowl hood not clearing.

ALKYIROC, thanks a ton for the info and putting my mind at ease with the PG choice. Will work with the transmission manufacturer to ensure correct torques converter.

I called Ed a few weeks back and over the phone quote for 2- 3/8 into 4.5" collector was under a grand. He will send them to you tack welded so you can adjust as necessary.

a little over a grand but more if needed. It will be a full out drag car so not opposed to front fender exit headers.
