How do you get around the computer stuff when switching to carbs? Just leave stuff unplugged? I understand the ecm won't be controlling the air/fuel on the car anymore, but will that cause issues...

As far as I know, my current L98 is a stock engine. Beyond that, I don't know about the specifics. Is there an advantage to these parts in particular?
