Steering column or lock cylinder?

For those who have done this, was it easier/ more efficient to swap the whole column, or just the ignition switch?
The original keys to the car are long gone and I'd like to keep the VATS intact. I...

Re: Production question

I guess I could have clarified that I was looking for 90 models built in 12-1989. My bad. I do appreciate the information though. One can never have too much knowledge.

Re: Theoretical engine build

Stacked gaskets? I didn't know that was even a thing. Definitely learning some new things. I might need to source a second car for this idea. I don't know how I feel about hacking up a TPI car to go...

Re: Theoretical engine build

As far as I know, my current L98 is a stock engine. Beyond that, I don't know about the specifics. Is there an advantage to these parts in particular?

Im not looking for a wild amount of HP, so if...

Re: Theoretical engine build

Yeah, the 142 was specifically what i had in mind. First learned about em when kicking ideas around for an older carb'd truck. Might as well say I need things drawn out in crayon when it comes to...

Theoretical engine build

This is all in theory of course, because I'm not an engine builder. So let's dive into this:

Ever since I learned about Weiands mini blowers, ive liked the idea of one. Streetable, little wow...

Re: Looking for a value

I do have a clean title. It's still in the previous owners name though. He came by this weekend and said "here ya go"(he bought a 2010 and wanted to forget about this:doh:). Found out Monday she was...

Re: Looking for a value

Yeah, it's not the best spot for it. It ended up there due to the previous owner not having enough space at his new place when he moved. Told him he could leave it at my place and it's been there...

Re: Looking for a value

It's been parked there for about 4 years. Was a daily driver prior to that. How quickly do these cars rust out? The body seems rust free from what I can see. I'd love to take it on, but financially...

Looking for a value
