Rear defroster fuse

On the 91 fuse panel, does the same 30A fuse work the power lumbar on the seats and the rear defroster? Fuse 12 I think? Switch is working. Connectors are on the struts ok, timer stays on about 15...

Thanks. Car only has 60,000 miles and was never driven with brine or salt on the road. Before I do a job I typically spray everything with Kroil the night before.

Since amps keep changing from 4.6 to 0, then back to 4.6 every 5 seconds or so I suspect that may be the culprit. alarm was disconnected years ago.
